This program is designed to broaden and further develop your leadership capacity, help you to find your voice, build your confidence and leverage your unique strengths to lead inclusively. Whether you are senior management or a business owner, through WISE & RISE, we will better equip you to increase your impact and influence as a leader in the workplace, through accountability and strategic decision-making.
In twelve sessions and one executive coaching session post-program, you will learn to better understand your current leadership approach, and identify opportunities to improve and grow.

Structure
Participants will engage in individual and group exercises along with personal reflection. Our 10 virtual interactive sessions allow time for questions, videos, discussions, and engaging narratives.
Support
You will also have access individual and peer coaching as our goal is to ensure participants are inspired and motivated about their opportunities and future growth personally and professionally.
